Chloride tin plating is mainly used in crystal grain tin plating, with the advantages of low cost, stable plating solution, and clean white coating. The disadvantage is that the current is not very high. The advantages of alkaline tin plating on hexagonal bolts are: simple composition, good dispersion ability of the plating solution, fine coating, few pores, and good brazing performance. The disadvantages are: high operating temperature, high energy consumption, narrow range of current usage, low current efficiency, inability to obtain bright coating, small hard coating, and significant impact on anode behavior
