Raw Material Selection

The process begins with the selection of appropriate raw materials. Common materials include carbon steel, stainless steel.

 

Wire Drawing

The chosen material is drawn into wire form. This process helps achieve the desired diameter for the hex nut.

 

Forming

Cold heading or hot forging is employed to form the basic shape of the hex nut. The wire is cut to the required length, and forming machine shapes it into the hexagonal form.

 

Thread Tapping

The formed hex nuts undergo thread tapping. This process creates the internal threads on the nut,ensuring precision and strength.

Heat Treatment

A form of nondestructive testing (NDT), Magnetic Particle Inspection imposes a magnetic field across a part's surface which can then be measured with great accuracy for any surface irregularities (they would display as distortions across the magnetic field).

This tool can quickly measure the roughness depth, texture, and roughness value (Ra) down to micrometer and even micron units.

A: Regular payment policy 30% prepay, balance to be arranged before loading, not exclude some Credit Account Customers.

Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?

A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.

A: Our packing is 20-25kg for one carton,36 or 48pcs cartons for one pallet. Customized package is also available.
