1.1 Quality requirements for anchor bolts
The category and specifications of anchor bolts should meet the design requirements, and the anchor bolt product manufacturer should provide the certificate of conformity and user manual for the factory inspection and type acceptance of the anchor bolt. The content and requirements of the factory inspection and type inspection certificate should comply with the industry standards and relevant product standards of JG160-2004 "Expansion type anchor bolts and expansion type building anchor bolts for concrete".
1.2 When installing anchor bolts, the concrete strength should meet the design requirements, the surface should be solid and flat, and the anchoring depth should be basically dry.
1.3 Anchor holes should avoid the main reinforcement under stress. For waste holes, chemical anchoring adhesive or high-strength resin cement mortar should be used to fill them. Clean and dry the hole.
1.4 The installation method and tools of anchor bolts should comply with the requirements of the product installation manual.
